The NARN Lines were filtered using the ArcGIS Pro Select Layer By Attribute tool to select records that were populated with a YARDNAME (SQL Expression: "NET" IS 'Yard Tracks' OR "YARDNAME" IS NOT NULL). The filtered selection was then dissolved by "RROWNER1", "YARDNAME", and "STCNTYFIPS” using the ArcGIS Pro Dissolve tool to create a multipart output with dissolved lines.
