A subset of points was taken from the existing NTAD Amtrak point dataset. Only stations that are served by train service were selected. This subset was further narrowed to only include "station building with waiting room" with a few exceptions. The filtered point layer was then compared against the polygons in FEMA's USA Structures dataset.
