U.S. International Air Traveler Statistics (I-92) |
Overview |
The International Trade Administration's U.S. International Air Traveler Statistics Program collects information on the specifics of international airline flights, such as aircraft class, airline code, flight number, ports of departure and arrival, and the number of U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens. The information collected is obtained from the Immigration and Naturalization Service I-92 form. All carriers on United States international arrival or departure flights (excluding flights to and from Canada) must complete the I-92 form.
Available data series include 1) point-to-point air traffic totals between the U.S. and other countries, 2) international airport to airport traffic flows, 3) U.S./foreign flag carrier traffic information, and 4) types of aircraft used for international segments.
